Still a Treasure

by Marjorie Anne Reagan

Life makes sense now
and then it doesnt

old people living
young people dying

old people want to be
with thier loved ones
yearning for life to end

young ones trying to be so old

sometimes seems so cold
then i come here
and read of our love

it still warms me so
what a treasure

I only yearn for death when I no longer enjoy life. However, I've learned that if I wait a little while the beauty comes back again. Nice write lady. I still believe we should have the right to die when and as we choose.
