Blind

by Ryan M Evon

The windows are
wide open, broken

Light comes not in,
goes not out

Missing the world outside
No one getting to see
Inside so secret

You see everything
but nothing important

Could ask someone to share,
describe the details
passing by

But have nothing
to give in return

I'm blind,
in so many ways

I like this piece Ryan. If there is anything we humans have in common it is that we 'rarely really see' what is right in front of us. And when we do it is frequetnly too late.
