Glow Burns Aprilia by Scott Utley
Lily blooms mean to say something. We expect our lily-talk sublime. When our divine mind gets
glow burns, how much we suffer, suffer, suffer in silence … alone ... again ... naturally …
Shush you! I’m suffering in bliss, have you no manners? Just a joke, poppy seed … You know I luff you ...
... love isn’t strong enough a word, Woody Allan said so … David Bowie said there is no
such thing as hell, I believe David Bowie – (if you don’t count the San Fernando Valley) glow
burns fuel our inner-knowing – naturally - feel when basking and absorbing the view from Mount
Kilimanjaro the modern magick of burning glows, their petals are as the sun at mid-day, I’ve
never been to Kilimanjaro but I’ve been to Canaan and I won’t rest until I go back again ….
Pretend I didn’t say that and I’ll pretend I’m driving up in the Hollywood Hills in my Jag
Or snorkeling the colorama reefs of Fiji. Hmmm … that’s all I had to say …. Hmmm ….. No, we
never know - our divine mind has never said a word. A word. About anything. Centered chaos
is so very quiet, almost too loud to even suspect - our mind never stops glowing - even when
it rains it pours - a muddle of syllables – a great poetess once said ... said more but she
didn't ever speak another word ... countdowns – silver - beginnings - endings - perpetual
blossoms never fade - if they could speak they would make a happy sound -lilies in bloom and
they have never said a word, in winter, springtime, summer - as they fall they whisper, but
we don't know that … they never die, they just glide into the cobalt sea or drift on aqua
aurogusts but they never die and they never say why - I am your lily bloom - you are the
secret sea who holds it all together - we can only speak of hope. Shhhhhhh! Mum’s the word.
