Hungary for love

by Keith D Allison

Waking with the mornings star
brushing aside the sleep from my eyes
gathering my ragged garments
stirring to meet the days requirements
out the door I feel the chill of the new day
the moon is full and I howl

Oh my love
You do so flood my mind
the atmosphere of you I adore
Craving you with each breath
you are an endless desire
oh
to devour you once more

You're fragrance fills the air
all about me
beckoning me to your side
you know
your flirtations are tantalize
now my eyes are dazed by you

Longing to feel your touch
upon my lips and tongue
so delectable you are
as I draw you close
so desirable

Grapefruit and cantaloupe
hot biscuits and gravy
steak and eggs
American fries and ketchup
that cup of coffee
food and drink
how sweet you are
my love

Author's Note: Title credits to I darling, as she thought Obies was a little harsh. To those like myself, who always have and eyes on the scale I have lost 56 pounds and still have another 30 to go subtracted two words from my vocabulary soda pop and potato chips added exercise :0)
