All is good living this life

by Thomas K. Hunt

All is good living this life
Waiting for my world to change
Nothing has changed yet
All is good living this life
Always trying to re-arrange
But it stays the same
It hasn’t changed yet

Day after day I wonder will it come
Maybe tomorrow in the rise of the sun
Anticipation has lost its fun
I still live for tomorrow
Waiting for a change to come
Too many miles from where I'm from
Always looking back
Too many faces from all of the places
Many lost, impossible to track
Did they see or feel a change?
Was it cool or was it strange?
I’ll be waiting in the morning sun
Waiting for tomorrow
Waiting for a change to come

All is good living this life
Waiting for my world to change
Nothing has changed yet
All is good living this life
Always trying to re-arrange
But it stays the same
It hasn’t changed yet
Waiting for the world to change
I’ll be waiting in the new day’s sun
Living for tomorrow
Waiting for a change to come

Searching a feeling that lives out there
Something different, something new
Can I change, May I dare?
Is there one right behind you?
Lost in religion, given hearts
My time is standing still
It’s been this way right from the start
I’ve had enough, I’ve had my fill
I’ll meet you in the morning sun
We’ll wait together
Waiting for a change to come

All is good living this life
Waiting for the world to change
I think I feel it in the air tonight
Yes everything feels a bit strange
Jot this down, document this date
There is absolute proof change is running late
It wasn’t with this morning’s sun
I’ll be searching for tomorrow
Waiting for a change to come
All is good living this life
Waiting for my world to change

The Real Folk Blues? Maybe? Just a phrase that popped into my head. This was outstanding.
