time iridescent by Mary Frances Spencerleaves a sparkling trail
a snail winding
precarious
fragile shell
liquid antennae
seeking light
slow
insurmountable
pebbles grass
bends in the way
life crawls
over
slips into a few cracks
chips the edges
glides softly into
under
infinite waters
exhales a few
temporary floating
bubbles
