Haunted to Death by Jody PrattSomething is watching me.
Ever creeping.
Ever seeing.
Never speaking.
I'm scared of it.
It haunts me.
Never alone.
Never at peace.
It stands where I can't see it.
I eat.
I sleep.
It's ever waking, nothing feeds it.
I turn around, it stays behind me.
I'm in a cell,
Never lonely.
My guardian angel scares me. 03/06/2004 Author's Note: Some very old poetry I dug up.
