refinding center; but did I ever lose it?

by Jared Fladeland

I breathe in
And I can't feel
The length of the day anymore.

I breathe out
And I find the point
where my lungs must really push hard the air out.

My body is infinite
In everything that it does
and it can overwhelm me when I strive for simplicity.

I must remind myself
And think soothing thoughts,
that I can only focus on the simplest of acts:

Being here.

And have faith that the universe will take care of the rest.

First of all I love this, simple yet pretty much says it all. I can definately relate. One small detail for me, the last line of the second stanza reads a bit odd to me, but then it could be deliberate, iin which case never mind:)
