so what if i by Charlie Morgansome people think i'm crazy for talking to dogs.
i chortle silently, nearly guffaw as well;
a bi-ped with the Vonnegut-big brain disease;
one that convincess us of our self-importance,
a needed sedan with which the echelons below
can better carry you to your hoped-for truth.
i turn to see their glaring ignorance, while
mine is shaded with my big brain disease;
i recline on a futon of uncontrollable feelings.
whimpering held to a minimum, but felt anyway,
and smile through it all, day to day, ad infinitum.

| Posted by George Hoerner on 09/30/11 at 07:34 PM Charlie, we know our two dogs are really little people. They know so much more than most people that I know. They can tell us when they want to go for a walk or when their food or water bowl is empty. They tell us before the doorbell rings that someone is coming and they tell us when it is time to go to bed and when to get up. The fact is they no doubt rule our lives more than we do.C
