Where do I go from here?
The kids are grown
I am not the focal point of
their lives
NOR should I be

I am too old to be young
and too young to be old
I don't have grey hair
Nor do I qualify for
a Senior discount

It's kind of like being 20 again

Neither here nor there
nowhere
Me...alone
not willing to give up
not truely wanting to go anywhere
in particular
but wanting
to go somewhere

Well, life ain't fair
learned that BEFORE
I learned anything else

IF I'm nomal
what's'everybody else?

MORE normal?

I's not easy being me
but someone has
o do it
