When Fall came
The Leaves changed;
And the Lord
Plucked the Fruit
That the Season had grown;
And He saw, and they saw,
That they'd reaped
What they'd sown.

The Leaves fell,
And each golden Leaf
Was rushed by the Stream
To its destiny;
But the Fruit stayed,
And its Seeds grew,
And the Harvest went on
Through Eternity.
