So Black A Night

by Razel Davies

The night,
the darkest scene.
You work so hard,
just to keep it clean.
Then comes along,
that demon's face.
You laugh it off,
ready for the chase.

Liberate,
Deliberate,
Concentrate,
A running fate.

In the day,
hiding far from sight.
Wall crumble hot,
break it with all might.
Caught it in bond,
leather black slain.
dressed for jacket straight,
wrapped for the chain.

Liberate,
Exacerbate,
Underestimate,
Ending is late.

Razel-wonderful write. Loved the repetation. This is one of your best!

I absolutely agree with Joan--this is amazingly wonderful! The repetition really did it for me.

Makes me feel as if we don't have much time to get things done right..but isn't that the truth? Great work..and so happy to read from you again
