A prayer for clarity by Mo CoutsDear God, I ask you questions
Upon you I do call.
I trust your loving kindness,
Above any and all.
I just don’t understand, Father,
Why you do the things you do.
I guess that’s where faith comes in,
And why I’m to trust in You.
I’ve always been a wonderer,
And find it hard to wait.
I have a hard time with “be patient…”
I just want to know my fate.
I know that you made me,
As a vessel of love, in your sight.
I’m trying so hard down here, Father,
I hope that I get it right.

Posted by John Stevens on 08/03/11 at 03:04 AM I read a piece before this one just now about not believing much at all. "why do children die" It has to do with "free will". If I were in control I would solve the abortion question and the over crowding of prisons this way. No abortion. But if they did not get it figured out in how to be a productive human by 18... they would be aborted. Just kidding... sort of. ;))
This piece was better the second time around. Thanks for post it mo |
