Another Pathetic Love Song

by Kate Zimmerman

Well I keep hearing your laugh
And turning around
But there's nobody there
No one to make a sound

It's starting a sentence
That begins with your name
And remembering you left
When we were both to blame

It's just me missing you
I hope you don't mind
Don't worry about what I'll do
I'm sure it will fade in time

In the middle of the crowd
I still see your face
But in a second you're gone
Someone else is in your place

And yes, I have all your letters
I was supposed to throw away
It's not like I still read them
But I'll keep them anyway

It's just me missing you
I hope you don't mind
Don't worry about what I'll do
I'm sure it will fade in time

And it's not like
I can't sleep at night
It's just easier to see
The stars at midnight

It's just me missing you
I hope you don't mind...

If anyone minds you missing them with words such as these...they're an idiot. This totally rocks!
