Greedy Hunter (Pretty Just Desserts)

by Meghan Helmich

You see the way I look for you and
Feed my throaty gaze in
The form of powdered pride -
Beast of my breast come alive.
I tremble in acceptance for you
Have stepped far into a writhing den.
Within a small space fury grows in
Me - breathless and blackening all.

You will not be satisfaction until this
Wave of desire ebbs and drags
The body into foam caps.
Red-faced and hands out like a
Flag lapping at the
Baby, belly up and bloated, and
You with a grin.
Make a path in this sand, trailing
It behind you. I'll follow with a suggestion:
Run.
