what day was it, that the world
started turning another direction;
the one when Muslims have a picnic
on the White House lawn? was it the
day after protestant and orthodox
religions took the back seat.

and could practice no more, and
illegal democrats could vote?
6 or 7 times like in the old country.
probably a Tuesday; Tuesdays offer
themselves-up like that, you could
never blame a Wednesday for that.

and Thursdays are tame, finishing
the week with only one day to go.
Fridays are too lazy as are Saturdays
and Sunday. so that leaves Monday-
the hang-over day, limp and listless.
so I'm blaming it on Tuesday.

there, i feel better placing blame.
