The good mood snuck up on me
When I wasn't looking
My attention being diverted
By my annoyance
About something,
But suddenly
The good mood
Enveloped me
Forced a smile on my face
Blanked out my annoyance
And there I was
Helpless in a good mood
Smiling, whistling, humming,
Finally the good mood
Released its grip
Scurried away,
I recovered my annoyance
And the rest of the day
I was pleasantly
Upset about whatever.
