A parting of me from me for what it is worth by Timothy WilsonAccelerator down, Windows down
Top up, trunk ajar
The tears of the angels hitting my face and blocking my view
I drove and I drove crashing through the devil’s front door
And landing in a puddle of souls
Do you remember why I left?
Do you ever feel guilt for it?
Would it matter if you knew what is happening to me?
Or would you shrug it off like the night we walked the shoreline your hand in mine
Your heart in him
I crawled along two broken legs
Grabbed my own throat and asked for his help
Do you remember how hot my Zippo got?
Or do you remember how I held you with fiery passion?
You were a corps and a membrane and engulfed in your lifelessness
I rotted alone for a year with your silent killing love disease
Now my car is in flames but at least I’m not enjoying it

Author's Note: about an ex who ripped my heart out of my chest and ate it in front of me only to burp the smell of it in my face before spitting on my lifeless body.

Your heart in him" |

Damn - Some guys get all the luck! |
