Just Stirring Up by James BlaylockJust Stirring Up
gazing out at the surface, as it playfully rippled
he had a billion thoughts swimming, but breathed
------------------------------------------------
life wasn't a bowlful of cherries, or even a kind popsicle, smiling
instead it was as a roaring beast: clawing, biting, and with no liking
----------------------------------------------------------------------
but still, he knew he had to believe that this wasn't all there was within the bean dip,
in fact, there, there close to the bottom, was indeed a new beginning, just stirring up
