Unnatural Union

by Ben Evans

Paltry pleasures of a craven wife
Each day another turning round
And now revolving is her life
so circling, spinning, she is bound
As though some loose threads hold her tight
And softly bind her lifeless fight
Neuter feeling with a casual word
'I'll aquiesce and aquiesce
until finally there's nothing left
of me, and all I was before'

...this is stout as a mule's morning breath; i love this. it drops me off at my stop. a lovely write, heavy floating on normal.
