Crescent Blu Moon

by JJ Johnson

are you naught but a shadow on a misty spring morning
vanishing and reappearing with the blowing wind?
when I open my eyes a breeze fools my senses
making me wonder were you a memory or dream
but for the scent of passion that soaked into my thoughts
and scratches concealed may be imagined or real
the candle I relight discloses where you hide
the flame vanquished each time you pass over me
making warm flesh tingle when darkness hides two lovers
evening storms with thunder as seeds shower new life
under crescent blu moons with pink sky delights
a sensual vapor caresses as it crosses my skin
condensation flows a river deep within
till dawns eruptions steal riches from the pour
quenching their thirst as a journey begins
while sprouting wings arch into the violate air

I like the title, I think it fits well. "evening storms with thunder as seeds shower new life under crescent blu moons with pink sky delights" - my favorite lines

It sure feels so good to read new works from you and this is no exception..it reminds me of times of flowers and dreams that were within reach..Excellent!
