switch sides

by Charlie Morgan

the warp of time brought me here, now;
how coincidental is that. you're here!

i dressed today for the role of me.
are you dressed? covered all over with you?

i see you walk away and i know you don't
know that you don't know ergo can't know.

i suffer the same disease; God given, both.
smile! the camera of life is aiming at us.

later we'll switch sides; you play me and i, you.

Often I wonder if there is a such thing as coincidence or perhaps simply it is just meant to be? so good to read your work again my friend!
