Six Pack of Nature

by Eric Seligmann

I've seen too many oil spills in my lifetime
Hurting of our rain forests, disturbs my mind
Senseless killing of our furry friends
This world is just a toxic garbage can

Give me a six pack of nature to go
I'm only trying to recover
I rather watch a stream than TV
Sittin' there drinking my six pack and watching that stream

Save the whales, save yourself
In the year 3000 the earth will melt
There's no end to the destruction in sight
Enshrouding the day, and igniting the night
I am waiting to wake up from this end of the world dream

Give me a six pack of nature to go
I'm only trying to recover
I rather watch a stream than TV
Sittin' there drinking my six pack and watching that stream

I would rather sit in a hurricane than to hear once more your screams
I would rather dream of a clear sky than to fish polluted streams
I would rather sing a song to the death than to watch them kill you slowly
I would rather live in outer space than Chernobyl, Baghdad, Beirut, or Bombay

Give me a six pack of nature
Give me a six pack of nature
Give me a six pack of nature to go

Author's Note: Another song with the band...green peace? Alcoholism? Me wanting to get away from you, only to find the forest burned and three eyed fish in the lake?? You decide!!!
