Sometimes you just have to Dance

by Stephen Ogden

Sometimes you just have to dance.
There is no logic, or rhyme, or season,
No audience is required,
No choice but the dance.

Sometime you just have to dance.
As life wells up within you
And the music plays your body,
There is nothing but the dance.

Sometimes you just have to dance.
To be, to feel, to love.
To know that there is more than just today.
To be alive, you have to dance.

This is so true - I love this middle stanza:
Sometime you just have to dance.
As life wells up within you
And the music plays your body,
There is nothing but the dance.
