My life has been played out on these same pages
of some many thoughts written down, not shared.
You captured my weary heart, in stages
beginning when you told me that you cared.
Your love paints my world with such colour,
now I see how wonderful life can be.
I love you as I have loved none other,
it is this loving heart that you now see.
Always for you, and forever my dear,
my love for you my sweet grows stronger.
Never again afraid, never to fear.
I'll love you for all time, even longer.
A life, written on so many pages
penned as true love to you, for the ages.
