Obtuse

by Joe Cramer

What is it that you want?
Why do your feelings flaunt
more words again on a page
penned once more without the knowing?
I want to forever learn
more of what is going on.
How can I find the reason
without knowing the question?
So much for the answer.
Life lies obtuse.

I'd say there's a few poems stretched out across these questions. As always you cut right to the point though. Nice work.

This work invokes thoughts of Heidegger....the rudimentary question, "why is there something rather than nothing?" Quite succinct and telling of a writer's plight. Excellent poem.
