If you see Alice by Steve MichaelsIf you see Alice standing
by the beside fascinated
with rumpled sheets, a
stray brown curl atop the
wet ring left from vigorous
interchange and smells of the sea
If you see Alice lazily lick
her lips while buffing
her thighs with clenched
fists and bleating out
short, gasping and salacious
air-kisses
If you see Alice crawling
onto your stomach and reaching
back behind to cup your boiling
jewels in a crafty clench while
painting your groin with a salty
spray that only Poseidon understands
If you see Alice at the library,
driving her convertible PT Cruiser, dancing
atop the bar at Alton's, shopping for body
lotion and wine at Harris Teeter, waking up
blearily next to you with a smirk on her
face; please, tell her I miss her.

Posted by George Hoerner on 11/03/10 at 12:36 AM WOW, how mamy of us have one or more standing somewhere across the country or the other side of the world that we can say that about. A nice write about someone you care about. Well done. I guess I've been very luck, I still remember a Belgium nurse. I seem to have a fetish for nurses. |
