sniffing sharpies

by Shonda Chrissonberry

we cuddle sutra
and speak of
trips to Quebec

buying snow caps
with strings that dangle
past our ears

you whisper my name
and i giggle like
a school girl

in these perfect mornings
the scent of us is strong

permanent

and i feel loved
once again

I'm shocked no one has commented on this yet! I am happy to be the first, though, as this is just overflowing with sweetness. "Cuddle sutra..." Awesome.
