I blunder as my heart
skips through the
lyrics.

My heart is broken,
yet you still find
the strength to pump.

I drag my nails through
the dark night,
and I am here.

Only to find that
I'm all alone in it all.
When everyone cling
to their memories.

I stare back as eyes
glare into the void,
and I smirk.

As I am not the only one.
I'm in a crowd of
countless yous.
