GSK's Day

by Razel Davies

Battle arrives,
We sharpen our knives.
Upon first light,
We give our lives.
With a fight to win,
GSK comes in.
Pushing forward,
Let slaughter begin.

Guns ablaze,
And bunkers razed.
The platoon leader,
Full of praise.
No time to stop,
With heads to pop.
A sniper shot,
Enemies drop.

Airstrikes flood,
Leaving only blood.
Opponent’s weapons,
Seem like a dud.
The win assured,
With all objectives secured.
All worth,
What we have endured.

Blue dots cheer,
As we draw near.
Victory is ours,
The dust begins to clear.
With a fight to win,
GSK comes in.
Pushing forward,
Let slaughter begin.
