unfurnished synchrony by Laura DoomThese crossbreed lovers, stranded
in the simulation chamber, bridle
and groom sci-fi starspawn conceived
between irradiated meals.
In the hate of the moment
they fuck like cat and dog,
lip-service solicitation
for a prick without a conscience.
She whistles up his bone
of contention, and milks it
for what it's worth; a passage
to indignity, where x hits the spot.
Their low frequency friends pore
through the woodwork as cream
turns to frottage cheese
when rover realizes no return.
Sublimated reveries surrender
to poetic pretensions;
her judicious subtleties
pervert the havoc of allegory.
All's fare in love and war
she cries, as life goes on
in leaps and bounds
taking her from behind. 07/18/2010 Posted on 07/18/2010 Copyright © 2024 Laura Doom

Posted by Elizabeth Jill on 07/18/10 at 06:17 PM I was already waving my arm in the air in a "you tell 'em" spirit and then the word fare knocked me out of the cheering sidelines to the running right-a'long-side yeah! mode. (: |
Posted by Max Bouillet on 07/18/10 at 09:05 PM Hard hitting bit of frolic and fecundity. There is no freedom in the frequency and all we do is end up with slapped bums and sore knees. Spinning on a planet spinning in galaxy spinning in a universe and the wonder why we get dizzy and fall down. Wonderful read thanks for sharing. :) |
Posted by Jason Moskalyk on 07/21/10 at 03:13 AM Sweet and short-lived, each verse is terse without being cold, and burns like amber without being bold. Good write, Ms.Doom. |
