Reduced to oblivion
is feared by some
and revered by others.

In falling off the grid
so does responsibility.

The further away
from oblivion you become
the more important
your decisions
become to others.

It is possible
to be somewhere in between
but discerning
takes effort
and some just
don't have that kind of energy.
