I'm drowning in my own self
chocking on my internal demons
struggling to survive on broken willpower
But these chains of self are weighing me down
to the bottom of the darkest waters
to a place where I fear light cannot exist

every fragile second here
I fade closer to the end of death

i know I'm not good enough
But if a miracle ever did exist-

My shame has gotten me this far down
But I cry out to you now

Oh Father, please hear my desperation
I don't want this to be the end
Please bring your light here
Illimuinate the truth I barried so far within.

Oh Father, bring clearity to these dark waters
Purge me of the poison replacing life within my veins
Wrap me in Your divine consciencesness of grace
Save me, Oh Father, from this environment I've made.
