Fear and shame is the name of the game.
Trapped in a nightmare, but in actuality,
I'm the living dead in this world's reality.
A slave to the mistakes I chose to make.
Pressured by this heavy broken world
to be the self saving fake.
Falling further is as far as this facade will take.
Please Almighty take me captive in chains
so my flesh can't make me runaway.
Bond me in truth, teach me your ways
to a life of freedom through faith.
