It's poetic repetition of the best kind. Your attention to style is quite stunning, even in such a simple piece.
Pointing is usually a bad thing anyway. Leave pointing to hunting dogs and just write poetry. It is kind of ironic that you have a period at the end of the poem. It's a point. A subtitle could be pointsetta. Gotta go. I have an apPointment. ;)
