Inspired by those I watch
trying to not feel miniscule
in all that is done by others
but can't help the feeling
that my ways of living
are the cancer
that hold me from greatness.

All I am left to do
is watch in awe
wish them
and know
the best
will be theirs to keep
while hoping
I jump out of this ditch
and start making
others proud
like I am of so many others
I know.
