Restoring of the Cold Harden Heart by Nichole FujiYou look at me tired and weary
aching for a long final resting
a numbing
All but a glimmer
a sliver
the hope for the new
the redeeming
But no more need for further receiving
for the soaking was
is
and always
will be Our Everlasting
Time is for your seizing
by the dusting of the armor
calling for your standing
For the batteling of the old
and the debilitating
- chop it low for the cleaning
The great mender
inquiring your fearless gutting
with tender comfort
and your brow surely sweating
For the restoring of the cold harden- heart
to lean
gold beaming
and healthy beating 06/04/2010 Posted on 06/04/2010 Copyright © 2024 Nichole Fuji
