In thinking of you love, a heart so true
does now lie in wait for that day of fate
when our hearts are one, as we have begun,
our lives as we start to become one heart.
You have set my soul on fire, this you knew,
that I have loved you all along, no debate.
Are you ready for mirth, merriment, fun?
You knew this from the beginning, the start.
I think of you each hour of the day
wondering what you're dreaming, the thinking.
So much shared, though my words get in the way,
my mind aloof, distant, reeling, blinking.
Such is the course of my romantic heart
