Upon This Kiss

by Joe Cramer

If but for your kiss
I would be so remiss
not to share in this bliss
that you share with me.
How can this be?
You set my heart free.
When I glance at you
my heart does melt
so I run around soaking up
all of these crimson puddles
on the floor. I long for more
of your passion that I have felt.
My mind simply muddles.
I love glancing
at you in this way.

Wonderfully romantic and straight from the heart.
