Extinctialism

by Jared Orlando

My twisted webs just
Dripped right off of me
A hindering that had
Once strapped me tightly
To time, space, gravity,
Now I’m just a vapor
Traveling and tasting
The uncolors the untextures
The inverse of the universe
Dining with the energies
Seeing without holes for
Eyes. Smelling without
Constructs of nose
I was meant to be, only
To not be, but to only
Strive to something more
Than being, to be more than
Human, to unravel the
Fabric of characteristics
To detest and undress
And float in realms beyond
Understanding, comprehension
To not be, but to only
Strive to something more
Than being, to be more
Than human.
