by Joe Cramer

I loathe, detest and despise having to place titles to my poetry,
It's so very true, but what am I supposed to do?

I usually use the first line as the title. I also do not like titles. Maybe it's a rebelion thing?

As Joan said, sometimes the first line of the poem makes a great title. 90% of the time I find that once the poem travels its path and ends with a period, the title makes itself known and thus problem solved. And then of course, there are the times where I share the exact sentiments as you.
