Hands Of A Sculptor, Heart Of A Lamb

by Jared Orlando

Salty wisps of energy
Filling an empty room
Toes touching, winding
Twisting and wanting
Melodies of whispers
Appear as moisture beading
Tightly shutting lashes
Loosely opening lips of
Love’s unintelligible clarity
Shifts leading to shifts
A brief calm interrupted
By surfaces provoking
Echoes reflecting the bare
Open skin of the sheets
Relaxing and sinking
A hush, a sweet lull
The stillness is the beauty
Porcelain of two statues
Merging and settling

There's an engaging, powerhouse fury to these words. The scene painted here is well done and quite stunning, sir.
