Ah Jim, I had a potter friend around my age, you know centuries, and she made dandelion wine every summer in two large oil drums in half basement of her studio. Great stuff! I never learned her recipe but I sure did taste it. She died a few years I had moved away. She was a good potter and great friend.

Hahahaha, yeah making that stuff is enough to make a saint swear!! A friend and I made Hippocras one year and that was at least high yield and decent in taste, despite the involved process...dandelion wine always sounds nice in theory though. Just go for the Napoleon Brandy -the little man will never let you down!
