Hard Mind

by Richard Colinson

He stretches out his arms
And flexes his wrists
As he addresses himself
To his task

He's almost prowling as
The semi-routine shifting
And pacing
Sets him up to be

A hard mind
Engaging a
Hard problem

No place here
For soft feeling

Sometimes, we must be pugilistic in mind as well as body...and this is a fitting tribute to that -short, blocky, punchy and to the point. Nicely done, Richard.
