Angel In Stilettos by Terry OlynikHad I known angels
Hid silver daggers
Beneath their wings,
I would surely
Have worn body armour
To our appointed assignation.
As the last spurt
Of overheated blood
Drains lazily from me,
I can only hope
Your pubic bone tingle
Reawakens your conscience. 01/22/2010 Posted on 01/22/2010 Copyright © 2024 Terry Olynik

Posted by Michael Defries on 01/22/10 at 01:01 PM I agree with Gabriel. I got worked up with the imagery. Was that your purpose? Or let us down softly in the second stanza? I really liked "blood
Drains lazily". I still want to see some stilettos... |
