Intelligent Design by Michael DefriesHow to harmonize the intelligent
nature of imagination into dynamic
flux.
Imagination is the template for
following bliss to contemplate
caverns of reality unexplored
as liquid-magma falls.
Creating intelligent design
in its stream. 01/19/2010 Author's Note: Yes? No? Maybe So? Comments...
Here are some of my responses to comments:
To Vince: Maybe...that's the beautiful thing about writing, it's constantly unfolding. Sometimes I have to read and re-read my own stuff because it comes from subconscious ideas.
I was honestly trying to convey that imagination has inherent intelligence. That it is the wealth of information instead of our learn-ed brains. I will give it some thought and work on it some more. Thanks.

To Therese: Thanks. Great vision seems to originate from the minds of those who push the envelope. By using the imagination to fill the empty that idea lacks. Turning that vision into intelligent or intellectual design, and putting it into play is "a whole 'nother ball game."
Living within the context of turning those ideas into reality now there's got to be a definite process in there somewhere. If you can find it then please let me know.

To Amie: I'd hate to take all the credit since my mind did all the work, but I have to on this one. It came on a whim, and was a fluke, like a flip-switch sending the electricity to on-the-light. It seems that its my brain that is waking up!
I just felt (or envisioned) a seamless transfer from thinking-in-intelligence to thinking-in-imagination but that there is no distinction really. So in essence, that's my contemplation for today. Thanks I appreciate what you said.

| Posted by V. Blake on 01/20/10 at 03:37 AM Unless I am hearing you wrong, you're saying that intelligent design is something that exists only in the imagination. In which case, yes. :) |
| Posted by Therese Elaine on 01/20/10 at 04:55 AM Imagination allowing for contemplation within an intellectual framework, thus allowing for a design concept...oh yes, yes indeed.
Delightful piece Michael, as usual!!! |
| Posted by Amie Golda on 01/20/10 at 09:48 AM I totally agree, imagination is definitely our default for coming up with intelligent design without knowing it or applying much precision and thought, it's poetry in motion, it's art. (Forgive me if that sounds cliche) But your words speak truth and so I say "yea". Lovely write and what a contemplation! Thank you for waking our brain cells. You do so effortlessly with your imagination here. |
