Simple Pauses by Michael DefriesSimple Pauses |
like a fading kiss
Lips removed
just long enough
To feel the weight of passion
well up from the floor
Shake knees as fallen leaves
remove all doubts of sky
As pauses move again
to taste flesh, pressing on
Lips writhe with need
disguised as spontaneity. 01/17/2010 Posted on 01/17/2010 Copyright © 2025 Michael Defries

Posted by Michael Smith on 01/18/10 at 04:48 AM Wow. Seriously, Wow. So simple and effective. Just perfect -- the way it reads, the insight of the message. So good. Actually, POTD worthy, and I don't think it need be marked as explicit. |
