i think it all went to shit
just about the time we started
to jettison continents into space.

when asia blocked out the sun,
and the sahara turned to ice,
africa slid into europe,
and australia had a laugh

at least until south america
fell out of orbit;
crash landed in the outback;
and all the boomerangs
stopped returning.

north america?
they fucked off to mars
well before this shit even started
i heard they choked to death on disbelief
finding rumors of water to be false.
