Jealous Misery

by Matt Forget

To them I see light and clear pictures
Of the moments of young love
Young passion
And young strength

They hold each other
Tighter than the teddys
Which lay beside them
As they whisper their loves

A kiss a hug
As they look into the eyes of the other
Staring as if they are the only thing they see
Possessed by the beauty of one another

There I sit and stare
Of what magic lays before me
Staring at the photos
Of a jealous misery
