Arrival Through Slow Glances by Michael DefriesIt’s the slow glances you hide
From across peripheral shows
Your eyes fixed on empty as
You fill it with your smile.
Many times one’s imagination
Placates your urges tingling
From your toes to your fingertips
Flustering rationale sensations.
It’s how the air you take in is
Filled with the scent of your
Favorite, melting you to solid,
While you assume anonymity.
Some notice surreptitiously
Allowing hindrances in your
Futile attempts of subtlety.
It’s the way you look inside.
Gives it away unintentionally,
Sending impulse rushing into
A quixotic whimsy of whimsical
Tension and becoming flustered.
You drop your façade while you
Bite down on the flesh of your lips.
Your face says it all and your body
Vibrates as the advent of an orgasm
Lures a counter with such thrust
It permeates with predictability
And the climax of gratification
Seems the only likely option. 09/26/2009 Posted on 01/13/2010 Copyright © 2024 Michael Defries
